The Room Salon College Girls [Uncut]San Francisco Giants' 2017 home opener is Monday afternoon; meanwhile, the hit musical Hamiltonrecently opened in the City by the Bay.
So it makes sense that the Giants would host some cast members to sing the national anthem on opening day -- but one subtle Easter egg for hardcore Hamiltonfans puts this tie-in over the top.
Here's the Giants' tweet promoting the appearance by three of the production's actresses. See if you can spot the joke on the jerseys Solea Pfeiffer, Emmy Raver-Lampman and Amber Iman will wear when they sing the national anthem.

If you're not fluent in Hamilton-ese, allow us to break down the reference.
The real-life Schuyler sisters are central characters in the musical. There are three of them -- Angelica, Eliza, and Peggy. But Peggy has just a minor role in the production, so Hamiltonfans frequently joke about her afterthought status by referring to her simply as "and Peggy." (The phrase even features in the lyrics to a Hamiltonmusical number.)
That's why a jersey only reading "Peggy" simply wouldn't do.
The Giants, you could say, hit this one out of the park.
